• for transparently coordinating and controlling current projects and programs

 

Procedure

• Analysis of the existing corporate planning processes
• Collection and analysis of the current projects based on corporate plans as well as direct discussions with project managers / general managers 
• Analysis of requirements and expectations of managers towards project portfolio management / program management 
• Development of project portfolio instruments / program management methods
• Developing a concept of a project portfolio organization (processes, roles)
• Coordinating the instruments with the involved project managers, program mangagers and managers

 

Optimization and documentation of the system

• Selection criteria for projects 
• Decision-making processes for selection and prioritization
• Roles and job descriptions project portfolio manager, program manager
• Modern reporting systems for project portfolios
