Project Portfolio and Program Management

Initial situation
  • Projects are started-up randomly, priorities between projects are unclear
  • Synergies and potentials between projects are not utilized
  • There is no comprehensive control system of projects as basis for management decisions

Development and implementation of a project portfolio, program management

  • Analysis of the existing corporate planning processes
  • Collection and analysis of the current projects based on corporate plans as well as direct discussions with project managers / general managers 
  • Analysis of requirements and expectations of managers towards project portfolio management / program management 
  • Development of project portfolio instruments / program management methods
  • Developing a concept of a project portfolio organization (processes, roles)
